NoWear Technology

NoWear Lubrication additive products use nano technology that bonds to the mating metal surfaces and prevent the parts from touching and this reduces friction by 85 to 90 percent and prevents them from wearing.  When adding NoWear Oil Additive to your favorite engine oil or gear oil it extends the life of the parts and the life of the oil by double.  We have oil third party analysis tests confirming that the wear particles in the oil analysis flatlined on three test vehicles while the one vehicle not treated had a gradual increase in wear over the same year.  The treated vehicles simply did not show an increase in wear particles in the samples over the year that the testing was done!  When NoWear is added to your favorite lubrication products it just simply makes them better! Just to let you know, engine oil and synthetic engine oil uses zinc, ZDDP or some other particle as a barrier/buffer between metal parts in an attempt to prevent  them from touching and this has been good method for many years but the draw back is if the oil barrier gets squeezed out by extreme forces from the engine or gears there is nothing there to protect your valuable race engine, MANUAL transmission, Rear Differentials or the same parts in your favorite family ride!

However, technology advancements and some very smart people with a lot of time on their hands have found some exciting  new ways to provide lubrication that is more of a special bonded coating preventing virtually all metal to metal contact that causes wear. This bonded molecule is more consistent protection for your vehicle than using a free floating buffer particle suspended in the oil.  This Nano molecule bonds to the metal creating a coating that fills in the microscopic pores in the metal‘s surface filling in all of the voids and making a virtually smooth surface for the parts to run on. This protective Layer is one Millionth (0.000001) of an inch thick and provides the bearings and moving metal parts to be able to run more freely with up to 95% friction reduction in some cases.  

Now when I first heard this I was a skeptic and called (BS) to the whole thing because I worked with some of the best lube engineers working on some of the toughest applications in the world or so I thought…! 

Then my wife started a little bottling company (BottlingIt) and bottled it and sent it all over the world for customers to use.  Since that time I have tried to prove the product wrong for nearly 7 years and became familiar with the various applications for the products  in  the transportation and industrial  markets.  Due to my lubrication and manufacturing engineering background I began working with and answering many questions for the random people that were happily buying and using the products all over the world.  During that period of time I was expecting everyday to have “THAT CALL” where someone would call and say the product was a fluke and didn’t work like it was said to…..

That call never came and I have continued to this day to try and find that one application that would prove it wrong but with every new test or new trial I find more and more applications where the benefits were extremely good.  Those results were so good  that  myself and a couple of friends bought the product and started NoWear to service the specific Markets of Transportation, Automotive, Auto Racing, Trucking, Rail, Marine, industrial applications and started the NoWear company!
